Well, if I knew there was no hope and I had say 6 months to live, I’d probably organize a world tour and visit all my friends and family and loved ones all over the world and stay with each of them for some time to get the best memories ever before I pass. Id also make arrangements to donate my body to science once i pass which I plan to do anyways someday so that future generations will hopefully find the cures they need to survive and exist comfortably.
